Some small items I keep in my GHB (Get Home Bag)

Here are some small but useful items I keep in my GHB. I bought these items from Miles Stair's Survival ShopCounty Comm carries many of the same items. I have ordered from both places and have never had a problem.

The first item is EOD Robotics Breacher Bar. This tool has many uses, including digging, and chopping. You can put a edge on it and use it as a knife. I wrapped the handle in para-cord.

Below is a video (not mine) that I pulled off YouTube showing the bar being used to chop a 2x4.

Up next is key chain tweezers. They are really small and great for taking out splinters and the like.

Next is a small pry bar. The use is pretty self explanatory. The size is 4"x.5".

The last item is a pocket antenna that I have to use on my Grundig M400 AM/FM?shortwave video. This really increases the reception of this little radio.

If you have any questions about these items, please leave a comment and I will try to answer them to the best of my knowledge. Thanks.

New preparedness blog

Hi everyone and welcome to my new preparedness based blog. I will be posting things my family and I do to prepare for problems that may come our way. We are a family of four, currently living in Southern California. Hopefully we will be relocating out of state within the next year.
